A specially designed nitrogen gas inlet and a bulletproof glass observing window are standard, while it’s sleek black design and dual LED illumination set the standard in aesthetics and versatility. The 2.4 Is the next evolution of vacuum purging with more slab space™ than a 3.2 but a third of the power and size.
Accurate Digital Temperature Control
The BHOgart 2.4 Vacuum Oven utilizes an accurate digital temperature controller, offering temperature accuracy within 1 degree Fahrenheit, 5 times more accuracy than traditional controllers. The controller offers one set temperature across all shelves to ensure the product isn’t accidentally overheated. The digital controller is backlit to ensure its easily readable with clear internal temperature and set temperature points displayed.
Low (480W Max) Power Consumption
Designed from the ground up for our industry’s needs, the BHOgart 2.4 Vacuum Oven’s temperature range does not extend into extreme and un-necessary temperatures. As a result the BHOgart 2.4 Vacuum Oven saves power, consuming no more than a powerful desktop PC, making it ideal for low-power and generator-power situations. The 2.4 vacuum oven only goes up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit preventing overheating and saving you money!

The BHOgart 2.4 Vacuum Oven can be stacked 3 high, offering 3948 inches² of Slab space™ with the lab footprint of one oven. Stacking ovens is a convenient way to save space while using one vacuum pump for 3 ovens. Three 2.4 vacuum ovens can run with the same foot print and power requirements as one 7.2 but with an extra 1200 square inches of Slab space™.
Direct Surface Heating™
Each shelf has its own heating element embedded within giving you the closest contact and even distribution from the heat source to your extract. * This is extremely important since heat cannot travel through a vacuum(nothing) efficiently. Heat is the movement of molecules so in a vacuum there is no air or nothing to transfer the heat. Unlike a convection oven heat has to conduct through the shelf itself and into the extract directly. Direct Surface Heating Technology allows for maximum Slab Space™ and precision temperature control. Why should anything else be between your heat source and your extract! One PID controller enables users to target shelf temperatures accurately without concern for overshooting.
Nitrogen Inlet Port
The BHOgart® 2.4 vacuum oven also includes our specially designed 3/8″ barb for adding a nitrogen gas system to the BHOgart® ovens. Nitrogen gas will speed up the degassing process by ensuring the air you let in is clean and 100% dry. Utilizing a dry gas keeps the extract pristine and clean by preventing degradation due to over boiling. Nitrogen gas purging can reduce purging times from 60-90 hours, down to just 24 hours!
