Package inspection And Return policy.

From the date of delivery, customers will have 10 business days to open and inspect all crates/boxes. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise BHOgart will not be held responsible. If anything is missing, please call us at 855-553-3887, or contact us via LiveChat, and we will ship any missing parts Immediately

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept DAMAGED or USED items.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt date with the original copy of the receipt
Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Item(s) must be returned to BHOgart in their original & undamaged condition, and be clean and free of any botanical material or residue. Before a refund will be issued the, item(s) must be returned and inspected at a BHOgart facility.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.


BHOgart extractor system warranty  BHOGART®

All BHOGART® extraction systems are covered by a transferable lifetime warranty against any and all defects in manufacturing and workmanship. BHOGART® will repair or replace any defective item in an Extractor system at no extra cost. BHOGART® will cover the cost of shipping on items covered under the warranty. The BHOGART® Extraction System warranty excludes consumables which require regular replacement. Proof of purchase is required to use the warranty and is transferable to second-hand BHOGART® Extractor owners with the valid ORIGINAL BHOGART® receipt. The BHOGART® warranty does not cover items misplaced or willfully damaged through neglect or misuse. BHOGART® is not responsible for any lost business or other costs associated replacing the defective part.

If shipping is required, BHOGART® will incur the expense for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to make a warranty claim, contact us at support@BHOGART.com with a valid BHOGART® receipt number; and a representatives will initiate the repair ticket process.


Pump Repair Warranty

BHOGART® guarantees that all pumps repaired have been tested to work properly before leaving our facility. Each pump undergoes a rigorous inspection process to ensure the pump is operating “as new”. Repair pumps arrive in a variety of conditions, BHOGART® repairs, cover cleaning, standard maintenance, and a range of common replacement parts. However, if a pump arrives in a state where it cannot be returned to original working condition, the pump will not be repaired and the customer will be notified. In these cases, the original deposit placed for pump repair will be forfeited to cover labor spent during the inspection and tear down process. The customer is responsible for any additional costs including parts and shipping. If a part fails prematurely, BHOGART® will contact the original manufacturer and pursue a warranty claim on your behalf.

While BHOGART® guarantees the quality of our repair, we do not manufacture the pump or associated parts. For this reason, we will assist and negotiate with the manufacturer if you feel replacement parts fail prematurely. Ultimately it remains the responsibility of the customer to pay for charges incurred during repair .

Pump Warranty – CMEP-OL

CMT offers a manufacturers warranty but are unwilling to support it by give us parts to fix CMEP-OLs. As such BHOGART® does not offer a warranty on the CMEP-OL meaning ALL pump sales are final. BHOGART® will cover replacement pumps for units Dead On Arrival, However if the pump has been used in an extractor that voids the warranty. Using the CMEP-OL in the extractor inherently wears on the pump and may cause it to break. CM-Green Warranty policy

“Since March 1 2017 people who Purchase CM products must complete the warranty registration in accordance with our CM Greens 1 year warranty.

CM products is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship materials, and components for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Wear parts are not covered by this limited warranty, it includes bearings, piston rings, shaft seal, cylinder head, suction and discharge valve, casters, and packing.

  1. The limited warranty is only for the original buyer who completed the warranty registration and purchased the machine from an authorized distributor.
  2. The manufacturers shall not be responsible for additional cost associated with product failure including but not limited to loss of work time, loss of refrigerant, and unauthorized shipping, or labor charges
  3. All warranty service claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

Proof-of-purchase date must be supplied to the manufacturer.

BHOGART® does not assume responsibility for pumps sold after January 1st 2017.

BHOGART® will continue to honor the warranty on pumps sold during the course of 2016. After May 1st sadly we will have to stop providing free repair parts based on CMT’s warranty. BHOGART® would like to thank our valued customers for your continued support and we promise to do our best aiding in this transition. Keep in mind we cannot verify your pumps warranty statues if there is no serial number. Warranty void if the serial number is tampered with.  BHOGART® OEM products

Vacuum Pumps – 1 year against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. We will inspect and repair the pump or if necessary provide a new one. The warranty does not cover pumps damaged due to misuse, such as running the pump without oil or pumping non permissible gasses/liquids.
If shipping is required, BHOGART® will incur the expense for up to 15 days after the date of purchase. Beyond 15 days, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

BHOGART® Butane Sensors – 1 year against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. We will inspect and re-calibrate the sensor or if necessary provide a new one. The warranty does not cover sensors damaged through regular use.
If shipping is required, BHOGART® will incur the expense for up to 15 days after the date of purchase. Beyond 15 days, shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty void if serial number is removed or tampered with.

BHOGART® Vacuum Ovens
come with a LIFETIME functional warranty for the lifetime of the product. The warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. BHOGART® will inspect and repair any defective ovens with a valid physical receipt. The BHOGART® Warranty does not cover Ovens that are willfully damaged or ovens damaged due to lack of maintenance, such as operating without a desiccant filter or over-pressurizing the vacuum vessel. Consumable items such as gaskets and Heating elements are only covered for the first 30 days.

BHOGART® Gas Booster comes with a 1 year warranty against Manufacturing defects. If the pump breaks give us a call or bring it in so we can inspect and repair the pump. Consumable items such as gaskets and repair kits are only covered for the first 30 days The warranty does not cover pumps broken through misuse or lack of maintenance.
