Sintered disks are an essential part of a typical CRC assembly. The remediation medias used in CRC columns typically have very small particle sizes, so it is important to use a sintered disk that filters down to extremely small particle sizes, between 1 and 5 micron, in order to avoid having media penetrate through the filter and get into the final product.
