Combined with PTFE gaskets that makes this rack entirely sanitary and is capable of being run at extremely low temperatures. The hard piping solution meets all 3A and pharmaceutical standards.
The rugged 3-piece low temperature ball valves are rated to -196°F and they come equipped with long stems, keeping the handles from icing over during processing. With the pressure gauges and relief valves mounted with a standoff tee, this rack can be run at -80°C without any issues.
